We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. International delivery usually takes 7–10business days, depending on the destination.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £60.

Currently, we only ship within the UK.

What is your return window?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.

How do I care for sterling silver?
Keep dry, avoid chemicals (perfume, lotions), and wipe with a polishing cloth after wear.
Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?
We don’t recommend it. Water and chemicals can shorten plating life.
How do I care for baroque pearls?
Avoid perfume, hairspray, and water. Wipe gently with a soft cloth.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store in an airtight pouch or box to reduce tarnishing.

What materials do you use?
We use 925 sterling silver (nickel-free) and baroque freshwater pearls.
Are pearls uniform in shape?
No, each baroque pearl is naturally unique, so shapes and lustre may vary.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our sterling-silver pieces are nickel-free and generally suitable for sensitive skin.
